Smith's Sourmug Sadie

"Won't You Ride In My Little Red Wagon?"

Sadie's name is Smith's Sourmug Sadie. Her sire is Ch. Sandy Ridge Prestwick Sawyer from the Sandy Ridge Kennels in the Little Rock area , the home of many champions. Her dam is Lillies White Lies, an excellent momma. She is from a litter of 13 with 12 surviving from a natural whelping. Sadie has 19 champions in her 4 generation pedigree of 30, some of which are in the Bulldog Hall of Fame.

More important to Sadies large people family she is the most loving and trustworthy dog ever. She loves her little people as much as her own pups.

Sadie loves her pups. She is a natural mama and has been even with her first litter. She takes great care with them to make sure she doesn't accidentally step on one of them. If the pups start to have a puppy squabble she goes to the puppy box and plays with them till they have settled down.

Sadie loves her human kids too. She lets them take turns pulling her in her wagon. If everyone is tired of pulling her then she runs and jumps into the wagon and causes it to roll down the sidewalk. Sadie wants to play tug of war whenever she can tempt anyone to play by standing in front of them and flipping the rope at their legs and dancing with her front feet and talking to them in "bulldog-ese".

She does get a little nervous if when loading the wood stove we let the house get a little smoke loose. She is our smoke alarm that doesn't have to have it's batteries changed. She does love her groceries though. She loves bananas and grapes and green beans and anything else the grocery store carries.
